Prior to joining this firm, Jason was a law clerk for the Honorable Jennifer Duncan-Brice in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
From 2000 to 2004, Jason successfully defended numerous clients in cases involving premises liability, automobile injuries, products liability, construction injuries and civil rights violations. He tried to verdict a number of cases including civil rights and personal injury.
Jason’s practice since 2004 has focused exclusively on the representation of health professionals in the long-term care and home health care industries. He has successfully represented clients in malpractice actions in state court. He has defended nursing homes, long term care facilities for the mentally ill, home health care providers, and nurses. He has tried to verdict numerous cases. In 2008, he obtained a not guilty verdict for a long-term care facility in Jacksonville, IL in a lawsuit alleging mismanagement of diabetes and nutrition. Jason has successfully mediated numerous lawsuits involving allegations of nursing malpractice, neglect and abuse.
