Terry has been a healthcare litigator for most of his career. He has successfully defended and prosecuted significant injury cases in most of the jurisdictions of Northern Illinois, and has tried more than 20 cases through verdict, including a record verdict obtained for his client in Lake County, Illinois. Terry has also successfully argued before the Illinois Supreme Court, which reversed the trial court's holding that a provision of the 1985 Medical Malpractice Reform Legislation was unconstitutional (Miller v. Rosenberg, 196 Ill.2d 50, 749 N.E.2d 946 (2001).
Terry has been selected as a "Super Lawyer", one of the top healthcare litigators in Illinois each year from 2007 to the present. Chicago Magazine.
